ACTION ALERT: Urge Your U.S. Rep. to Protect Ohio’s Right to Define Marriage

Dear Friend,

Please CLICK HERE to urge your U.S. Representative to co-sponsor the State Marriage Defense Act of 2014 (H.R. 3829).

As our friends at Family Research Council explain, “This bill affirms a state’s right to define marriage as the union of one man and one woman and prevents the federal government from undermining a state’s definition of marriage.”

In light of recent rulings by runaway judges, Ohioans (along with citizens in Utah) don’t need to be told twice how important this legislation is to protect our voice as “We The People” and our right as a state to recognize the importance of marriage, family, and religious freedom.

Activist judges and liberal states like Massachusetts should not determine marriage policy for Ohio.

Please join me by taking action. Encourage your U.S. Rep to co-sponsor the State Marriage Defense Act. Simply CLICK HERE and send a pre-written letter to your Congressman. It’s that easy and that important.
