Call to Action: It’s Back.

You might remember the so-called Equal Housing and Employment Act (HB 176) from 2009, a special rights bill pushed by the homosexual activists and designed to include “sexual orientation” and “gender identity” to the Ohio civil rights law…

The bill is back, introduced on September 27 as HB 335, and we’re hoping to stop it before it goes anywhere.

Ask Your Senators to Co-Sponsor S. 1308

The U.S. Senate bill 1308, “Protecting Children from Internet Pornographers Act of 2011,” is in the Senate Judiciary Committee. The parallel House bill (H.R. 1981) has been approved by the House Judiciary committee. This bill will help investigators track down dangerous pedophiles and protect children from sexual exploitation.

Call to Action: Take a Stand for Decent Broadcasting

Last summer the Second Circuit Court of Appeals ruled that the Federal Communications Commission’s (FCC) regulation on “fleeting expletives” was “unconstitutionally vague, creating a chilling effect.” The acceptance of harsh profanity paves the way for further indecent broadcasting with little accountability. The American people overwhelmingly support decent broadcasting.

Call to Action: Urge the Senate to Defund Planned Parenthood

The “bridge” appropriations bill that the House passed on April 9 guarantees a Senate vote and debate over legislation that funds Planned Parenthood. The vote is scheduled for Thursday, April 14.
